IT WAS an overcast night in Plymouth but the stars still shone – because The Herald Business Award’s attracted the brightest talents to Plymouth Pavilions.
And 17 businesses were delighted when they won categories, picking up their awards from Herald editor Paul Burton and city businesswomen, and star of TV’s The Apprentice, Charleine Wain.
Paul Blampey, placement team leader at Tellus College, said: “This is a big shock considering the companies we were up against. But it’s great, and these awards are a great thing to do.”
